Products manufactured by Xuanchang Hair are carefully produced and inspected throughout the production process to help maintain consistent product quality.

 

Please note: If you identify a possible defect, please stop using, installing or altering the product and contact us promptly. Continued use or modification may affect our ability to assess the original issue.

How Do I Submit a Quality Claim?

Please contact us through our enquiry form or email and provide your order number, product details, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos.

 

After receiving the information, our team will review the claim and contact you to discuss the next steps. In some cases, we may request additional evidence or ask for the affected product to be returned for further inspection.

Quality Claims Do Not Cover:

  • Problems caused by incorrect installation or application

  • Damage caused by improper use, washing or maintenance

  • Products that have been cut, colored, bleached or otherwise altered

  • Damage caused by excessive heat or chemical treatment

  • Normal wear, shedding or gradual color fading

  • Damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery

  • Products that continue to be used after a visible issue is discovered
