Our Remy human hair extensions can generally be heat styled and may be colored by an experienced professional. However, bleaching, excessive heat and chemical processing may affect the color, texture and lifespan of the hair.

Shipping and Delivery

How long does production and delivery take?

Production time depends on the product type, order quantity, color, specifications and packaging requirements. Customized and private-label orders generally require more preparation than standard products.

 

After confirming your requirements, our team will provide an estimated production and shipping schedule in the quotation or proforma invoice.

Samples and smaller wholesale orders can usually be shipped by international express or air freight. Larger bulk orders may be shipped by air, sea or an appointed freight forwarder.

 

The most suitable method will depend on the shipment size, destination, required delivery time and budget.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination, shipment weight, package dimensions, shipping method and applicable trade terms.

 

Please provide the destination country, city and postal code so that we can check the available shipping options and prepare an estimate.

Once the order has been dispatched, we will provide the available tracking number, waybill or shipping documents.

 

Express shipments can normally be tracked through the courier’s website. For air or sea freight, tracking and delivery updates may be provided by the freight forwarder.
